Mark as Useful I male with a thick accent has been calling me at work. He keeps saying a lawsuit has been filed against my SSN. I have repeatedly told him that I know the call is a scam and to stop calling. Who can I report this to?

Mark as Useful I called this number back and was told that it is a resort and they offer a timeshare package. They said they got my number from an entry I filled out in Las Vegas. They offer a four-day stay at a timeshare. I asked him to remove my name from their list and he said he did.
